Our Early Board of Director Leadership

The Red Oak Area Historic Preservation Society was formed in 2016 and received 501(d)(3) status from the IRS that same year. The group remains indebted to the visionary individuals who imagined what was possible and acted on that dream, including Jimmy Winters and the late Barbara High Tyre. The founding officers of the ROAHPS Board of Directors were:
